- Put your class, Math 123, and your name in the subject line.
(1) What is your name as registered and what name do you prefer to be called?
(2) What is your major?
(3) What is your career goal/interest?
(4) Who are you outside of class, e.g. tell me a bit about your hobbies, interests, family, travels,…
(5) Math background: Write a paragraph or two on what math classes you’ve taken in the past, when, where, with whom, grades earned and struggles/successes you’ve had in math.
